- 225g Red Tractor gammon steaks
- 450g Red Tractor asparagus
- 225g Red Tractor cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 Red Tractor baby gem hearts
- For the dressing
- 5tbsp ready prepared light vinaigrette
- 100g Red Tractor mature Cheddar cheese
- Red Tractor basil leaves
- Red Tractor thyme



Grill the gammon steaks for 15 minutes, turning once. Cut into wedges. Sear the asparagus on a ridged griddle pan for 10 minutes.

Toss together, lettuce, quartered tomatoes and gammon.

Drizzle with dressing and serve in bowls with the asparagus. Using a potato peeler create shavings with the cheese and arrange over the salad.
